Sound silly? Well maybe for some of you it is, but how many of us are so concerned how we look on the surface, we forget the importance of our interior issues.
Let me ask you this: Do you think it makes sense to have great clothes but be uncommonly uncomfortable due to having underwear that cramps your style? Surely you can see the point here; if you project a lack of comfort, it more than negates the value of even the best surface style game.
For Women:
Women automatically understand what I’m talking about here and get the importance, but even the most conscientious female of the species can forget a few super useful if not borderline essential items here.
For example, for the appropriate and necessary occasions, leak-proof underwear comes to mind, as well as sports bras. Things like these are especially useful during your travel experiences, or in general as their needs may come up.
Also, don’t be afraid to express yourself through your lingerie! Even if you are the only one to ever see it (and let’s hope that’s not necessarily the case either!), you will know you have it, that you are ROCKIN’ it. And this confidence will permeate every other aspect of your life. That’s one of the key points brought up in this article here.
For Men:
Men, I have to be honest with you. Many of you are much worse offenders than any woman. I know it and you know it. Too many of you have been making do with something that belongs in a trash bin. But the good news is, it’s never too late.

Much of the same advice applies equally for women and men; try to express yourself, don’t be afraid to be bold, and don’t be afraid to spend a little extra for comfort that will follow you around every waking minute!
